1. Orders & Payments

All prices are in AUD.
Double-check your details before ordering — we want everything spot on.
Payment needs to clear before we pack and ship your order.

2. Shipping

We post Australia-wide.
Delivery times depend on the courier, but we’ll always do our best to get it to you fast.
If something goes missing or takes too long, let us know — we’ll help sort it out.

3. Product Quality & Care

Every bag of Killers Catch herbs and spices is packed fresh and sealed tight.
Keep them in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight for the best flavour.
Once opened, freshness depends on how they’re stored — we can’t cover spoilage after opening.

4. Returns & Refunds

We back our blends 100%.
If you’re not happy for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix it — refund or replacement, no worries.

Change of Mind?
Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days — you just cover return postage.

Because of food safety rules, we can’t accept opened or used products unless there’s a quality issue.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days once we receive your return or confirm the problem.

5. Allergies & Responsibility

All ingredients are clearly listed.
If you’ve got allergies or sensitivities, please check labels before using.
Killers Catch can’t be held responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

We only use your info to process your order and get it delivered.
